Herbal Root Beer Recipe:
Take 1 cup of Sarsaparilla Root
Slice 1 Organic Vanilla Bean
Boil 2 Cups of Spring Water
Instructions:
Let ingredients simmer in the pot for 30-45 minutes.
As the water reduces, turn heat off and let cool.
Once cooled, strain plant matter, and add 2-3 Tbsp of Organic Maple Syrup
WahLahh! You have your Sarsaparilla Syrup!
Now Fill a glass with Ice, and add 2-3oz of Sarsaparilla Syrup
Add roughly 6oz of sparkling water.
Mix well, and enjoy!
To turn this drink into a cream soda, you may add your desired milk. I enjoy Califa Oat milk (barista blend). And of course add a scoop of vanilla ice cream to make a root beer float!
