Strawberry Basil Gimlet



This drink is delightful for every season!


It's sweet, refreshing, and pairs with any alcohol. :)


Herbal Syrup Recipe:


Bring 4 cups of water to a boil.

Add 4 Tbsp Hibiscus Flower

Add 4 Tbsp Strawberry Powder

Let simmer for 10-15 minutes

Turn off heat

Once cooled, strain, and add 1/2 cup agave to sweeten

Good in the fridge for up to a month


Strawberry Basil Gimlet Recipe:

2oz Gin

2oz Strawberry Hibiscus Syrup

1oz Lemon Juice

4oz Sparkling Water

2-4 Basil leaves


Strawberry Basil Mock-tail Recipe:

3oz Strawberry Hibiscus Syrup

1oz Lemon Juice

4oz Sparkling Water

2-5 Basil Leaves


Strawberry Coconut Sugar Rim:

1 Tbsp Strawberry Powder

1 Tbsp Coconut Sugar

Use lemon wedge to wet the glass, then dip glass in rim mixture
