Wild Blueberry, Moringa, & Rosehip Sangria
Welcoming the New Year with this delicious Sangria that is jam packed with Vitamins & Antioxidants!
Herbal Syrup
1 cup of Organic Wild Blueberries (fresh, dried or frozen)
¼ cup Moringa Leaf
2Tbsp Rosehips
¼ cup Lemon Peels
2 tsp Ceylon cinnamon
½ cup brown sugar
Bring water to a boil, add herbs, and let simmer on medium for about 20 minutes, then reduce to low heat for another 10 minutes.
Once cooled, strain and enjoy!
Sangria Recipe
3oz White white
2oz herbal syrup
2oz cranberry juice
2oz orange juice
¼ lemon juice
Add cut fruit (pears, apples, lemons & limes)
Shake
Then top with pellegrino or ginger ale
Yum!
