1. Mullein Tea & Steam
Ingredients:
Organic Mullein Leaves 
4oz Kraft Paper Bag
 Mullein is known as a “lung detox.” It reduces mucus, stimulates coughing up phlegm, treats congestion, coughs, tracheitis, and bronchitis. Organic Mullein Leaf Tea has a subtly sweet herbal flavor and is packed with health benefits. It helps to support upper respiratory health, improve digestive function and can be enjoyed any time of day because it is caffeine free!
 
To make a steam, simply boil water and add 2 to 3 tablespoons of the Mullein Leaf Tea to the pot. When the water starts to boil and steam, place your face over the pot being careful not to get to close and burn yourself! Begin to take deep breathes and inhale the vapors both through you nose and mouth.  Do this for at least 10 to 15 minutes as many times as day as you feel necessary. 
If you have a facial steaming machine - just add a tablespoon of Mullein Leaf to the water holding area of your machine and use as usual! 
 
 
2. Mullein Chest Salve
Ingredients:
Organic Beeswax, Organic Mullein Flower infused Fractionated Coconut Oil, Manuka, Peppermint, Eucalyptus, Fir, Rosalina, Black Spruce, Cypress, Spearmint, & Virginian Cedarwood Essential Oils
2oz Metal Tin
Some essential oils are unsafe for children under 5 Peppermint oil & Eucalyptus to name a few! But don't worry, we also make a kids safe version of this Mullein Salve.
