Cacao & Sound Bath Wednesday, November 27th 6:00pm-7:30pm Max 12 people Led by: Ixchel Arcoiris & Lauryn Casazza $55.55 Experiences after cacao: ● The releasing of stuck emotions ● Expansive outlook ● A sense of a shift or reset ● Love for the self and others ● Deeper connection to your intuition ● Creative energy ● Visual imagery during and after integration ● Continued guidance through dreams and synchronicity These are only a few of the endless experiences that one may have with cacao. The more open we are to receiving guidance from this plant ally, the deeper into our experience it will take us. No matter the experience, we are here to support your process and integration. What to Bring: (optional) ● Your favorite art supplies ● Bottle of water ● Yoga mat, blanket & pillow ● Eye pillow or scarf ● Your favorite mug (non metal) ● Sacred object if you have one as an offering to the alter These are not mandatory but can support you to gain the most of your experience. Just bring an open mind and heart above all! We will have yoga mats, blankets and blocks for support. Preparations: DRINK WATER! It is imperative that you arrive hydrated as cacao is a detoxifying agent that can cause headaches if dehydrated. If you’d like to journey deeper with cacao, we recommend not eating anything heavy or drinking caffeine for at least hours before the ceremony. Before arriving at the ceremony, you may want to think of an intention for your journey. Where can you love more? Are you ready to receive the love you deserve? Call it in! There is no wrong way to go about this, these are simply options that are available to you if you feel called.
