Bio: I am a certified Yoga Wellness Instructor with 5+ years of experience teaching various styles including Hatha, Vinyasa, Restorative, Breathing techniques, meditation, Kids yoga, Prenatal yoga. I am also certified as a Prenatal Yoga teacher. I love to heal people physically, mentally and spiritually. I am also a proud member of the India Yoga Association.
